steamos就是个linux分支，当然是开源的，厂家不愿意花心思才是问题。
开源不代表可以随便用，社区自己玩没问题，但是商业化必须要考虑授权。特别是SteamOS这种注册商标。

That includes, without limitation, using the Steam symbol and terms like Steam, SteamOS and Steam Machine in any of your commercial communication, whether from product design, advertising or PR. And unless you are a licensee, you should not publicly suggest any connection to Valve or Steam.
