As I've said before be ready to see Pokemon Black 2 and Pokemon White 2 on the DS (and with these names yeah ;P)

One question, could anyone please tell me how is the relationship between Nintendo and the Pokemon Company (Game Freak?) in shares/ownership terms? Does Nintendo own 51% of the Pokemon Company just like they did with Rare? Or it's something else?
