第2个restore core这个码在哪里有显示?我的登录器setup里面只显示第一个serial。

但是手机上的登录器没有restore这个选项,如果要登录BN才能查看...

感谢LS了,这个链接也是一样的,到最后一步还是要上传身份证....已经上传了,看看暴雪愿不愿处理天朝玩家的破事吧。当初不记得把restore core记下来真是太失败了。处理时间一般要多久呢?

What does the “Answered” status mean?
- A ticket in “Answered” status means that a Customer Support representative has provided an answer to your ticket.

What can I do next?

第二個回覆。繼續悲劇。現在的問題是:我的資料都是中文的,即使我用英文要求幫助,他們能核對出來?台服是不行的,台灣戰網直接顯示沒有該帳戶。

它要我回覆這個ticket,但是地址是no-reply@blizzard.com,我又不能登錄BN跟隨這個ticket,難道要一直新建ticket?

刚才又传了第3次身份证照片 :I lost my authenticator and I want to remove it from my account.I KNOW you can not read Chinese,but you can SEE.I can offer any information about my account.please help me.

结果对方让我不要重复发帖 :We will send you another email when a Customer Service representative replies to your ticket, which under normal conditions happens within 24 hours (but please allow up to 2 days). Meanwhile, we strongly suggest that you do not submit duplicate tickets, as doing so will only lengthen your wait time.
