IPB是标准压缩，关键帧和关键帧之间的帧只记录变化
ALL-I能保障每一帧都是关键帧

UHS-II U3的卡能保障的连续最低写入速度是30MB/S，也就是240Mb/s，更高码率得用什么卡实现就不知道了
