Worlds are more stylized and the engine's better, allowing for more blocks and polygonal backdrops. Still shows some slow down with too much on-screen.

A moody, but subdued soundtrack and punchy sound effects, whether it's the exploding balls or the grunts and growls from the characters.
8.0 Gameplay
Really great, simple, accessible fun. You can play with anybody, and will. The new levels, balls and tools are welcomed and the create and share modes addictive.
10 Lasting Appeal
The 400-plus levels alone keep you busy for a long time. However, the create and share features, integrated so seamlessly, extend replay value indefinitely.
