IGN 宣稱得到內線消息指出：KONAMI 很可能會在今年 E3 展發佈 MGS4 跨平台

之前遊戲界一直傳聞，KONAMI將把原本PS3獨占遊戲MGS4也跨平台移植到360上，不過該消息一直沒得到任何官方證實，但全球最大遊戲網站IGN卻已幾乎肯定的方式宣稱，MGS4會有跨平台計畫，今年E3展就會真相大白

而IGN網站甚至表示，他們得到內線消息指出，有80%的極高可能性，KONAMI會在今年E3展發佈MGS4跨平台，就算遊戲製作人小島秀夫不希望MGS4跨平台也擋不住，不過目前360是如破竹的氣勢，或許等到E3展大家就能眼見為憑了

After Kojima's recent comments that the game was able to run on 360 hardware, this would suggest that Kojima Productions is experimenting with the hardware. Why simply experiment? Particularly when this game is certain to be costing a lot of R&D dollars which may not be recouped with a PS3 release alone? More than that, history points to a version of Metal Gear Solid 2 making its way across to the original Xbox, so it wouldn't be a big leap to see number four from day one, or perhaps after a short window of exclusivity.
