Here's a tidy little NET 2 application created by Rockman over on the Wii-Addict french forums.What this does is removes the chances of your bricking your Wii console whilst running a new game which contains a firmware update. As we are well aware, many people on the internet have been too eager to play import games whilst running games through any modchip that is available and have bricked their consoles running firmware updates from games like Super Paper Mario, SSX and Mario Party 8.

With Wii Brick Blocker, you can forget about this worry by simply patching the partition of the ISO that contains the update with a partition that does not include the update, genius. Of course these means you will need to create a backup of your import game to do this but afterwards your game can then be played as normal skipping this entire process! :thumbsup:
