[心得] iTunes store的客服回信了,怎么破?

我用美国身份给iTunes store 发了email,人家回信:


Welcome to iTunes Store Customer Support. My name is Nachappa and I am glad to assist you today.

I understand that you are unable to purchase the gift certificates from your account. I certainly understand your concern and it is my pleasure to assist you in this regard.

Lisa, I would like to inform you that we are unable to provide further information regarding this situation. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
