[海淘] 上礼拜买的蓝牙耳机亚马逊今天通知我砍单……另外请教个百通合箱的问题

16号下单买的Plantronics的925，当时是特价37.99美金，在USPS上查询的状态一直就没出过KY，当时就觉得有问题
结果今天发个邮件给我说因为他们的问题不能发货，直接给我Refund了……这我能投诉丫的么？这款耳机现在已经$49.99了，而且如果昨天通知我我就去买另外一款特价的了，日
