首先此帖是本人亲身经历的记录，从3红机器的入手到MS客服的联系以及一系列流程到最终原厂翻修入手图文记录！

TG至今一直没有比较好的介绍3红维修的，我来软区也没做多少贡献，希望此文章能给3红众一些帮助吧。

今天是预告周一出完整版

关于送日本维修很多玩家都持怀疑态度,我上周特地去买了台JP版的3红主机就当实验一下, HK版的过年前会去,届时也给大家做参考!

今天已经打了HK客服电话(英语),之前也打了日本客服只能日文对应并且似乎只接受日本当地的送修,让我还是和最近的对应窗口联系!

以下是日规机

HK 客服收到EMAIL如下:


Dear Leslie


Please ignore our earlier email.  


We refer to our earlier teleconversation.


Please help us to take a photo of both front and back of the console with its serial number (12 digit number) clearly showed to our including the following information:

1) Your full name
2) Home Address
3) Home and Handphone number.
4) Service Reference, XXXXXXXXXXXXXon the subject heading of the email.

After we receive your email, we will update the owner's information and then create an order for you to send your console to japan for servicing.  Also, will brief you on the procedures how to send.

We await your email.  Should you need further clarification to make, please feel free to call our hotline on 800-964215. We are open from 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday).

我送的就是刷光区的

LS日本是原机器维修哦，内部最好不要动

机器其实23日就修好了

不需要你在日本有朋友，会中文就能修
