- Wesker makes use of high powered weapons like magnums and shotguns
- Jill uses machine guns and shotguns, and will use knives/kicks during close combat
- Jill is a more balanced character, while Wesker is all about power
- "Duo Mode" is the two player cooperative mode that can be played locally and online
