The reaction to this all over social media has been one of understanding by German fans, and absolute shock by people who know little about anything but the PL.
So many tweets saying “there must be something more to it” and “why is he taking Ozil, who’s done nothing all season?” Never ceases to amaze how ignorant most fans are of the wider footballing world, not to mention arrogant, as to think they know better than the current holder’s manager.
