  小霸王文化发展有限公司（原“中山市小霸王文化产业有限公司”）（以下简称“小霸王公司”）旗下运营的“小霸王”品牌涵盖游戏主机、相关产品及电子教育产品等多个领域。小霸王公司基于“与时俱进”的发展理念，通过精益求精的技术创新和发展，决心正式重新回归游戏机市场，大力开发更加重视玩家体验的游戏主机与游戏平台，并将充分尊重知识产权尤其是游戏版权作为自己的企业战略。



Subor Culture Development Co. Ltd, formerly known as Zhongshan Subor Culture Development Co. Ltd, (“Subor”) owns the brand of “Subor” and operates its business in various fields involving game devices, relevant products and educational electronic products. Following the idea of “advancing with the times”, Subor is always dedicated to striving for technological innovation and development. Subor has now formally decided to set out in the market of game consoles again and will develop game consoles and game platform with more emphasis on better customer experiences, fulfilling its enterprise strategy of full respect for intellectual property rights, especially game copyrights.  



小霸王公司在此郑重声明：小霸王公司高度重视版权保护与企业形象，为稳步推进小霸王公司发展正版游戏、高端游戏机的战略规划，并配合计划中的小霸王品牌新一代主机和相关平台升级，小霸王公司正在计划着手停止并撤销对第三方生产商的游戏机生产授权，努力确保在未来避免出现装有未授权游戏的游戏机的销售，以维护正版游戏产业的健康发展，尽保护知识产权的企业责任。



Subor hereby solemnly states that: Subor will always attach high importance to protecting copyright and preserving public image of our company. In order to steadily promote the strategic plan of developing high-end game consoles and legitimate copyrighted games, and together with the upgrading of Subor’s game consoles and game platform to be launched soon, Subor is currently planning to cease and withdraw all prior authorizations granted to third-party manufacturers of Subor’s game devices, so as to endeavor to prevent any further entry into market of Subor’s game devices possibly pre-installed with unauthorized games. Subor will always firmly assist in maintaining the healthy development of copyrighted game industry and fulfil its company responsibilities of protecting intellectual property rights.
