Through voice and visual cues (that I quite literally saw appear in my vision), I was able to install the light switch. She could draw an arrow or, in one case, a full diagram of what I was doing. It was a lot easier than someone trying to guide me solely by voice (over the phone) or even through screen sharing. It was like I was sharing my screen with her, but my "screen" was my actual vision. Pretty fresh!
