-VRR 0到 1 基本 和 CBR 320 人的耳朵是无法区分的

不用纠结。

VBR 就是声音不复杂的时候使用小码率
声音复杂的时候 使用大码率

CBR 320 就是 就算没有声音 也用 320Kbps 浪费着.

个人更喜欢 用 lame 压制的 VBR 的 MP3

理由
1. 看到 lame 压制的 VBR mp3 说明压的人是懂的
2. 看到 lame 压制的 VBR mp3 说明压的人不是为了 欺骗小白 故意拿 128k 的 mp3 压成 320k 骗人用的。所以一本可以推测 基本不存在 128k 变成 VBR 来片小白的可能。

关键有时候同一张专辑也会下到好几种VBR, 有大多230-260的, 也有190-220的, 到底怎么辨别和320K CBR同级别的VBR..
楼内建议无损的朋友, 有的专辑找不到无损我也没办法...把我理解成320K以上音质强迫症吧...

强迫症没得救 其实 码率 192 以上就差不多了

一定要看是什么品质的 VBR 只有看 mp3 里的 tag 了
你看到的数字是平均码率，如果歌曲简单 就小 如果复杂就大!
去下载一个叫做 mediainfo 的工具
安装后 右键 这个 mp3 用 media info 打开

切换到详细图式
