Limiting uploaded Scores to be only from Latest Patch.

Fix to Subtitles not working after view the Prologue twice.

The weight is now lower, 7mb, so it works on everdrives prior to x7

试了下下载的BIN文件，手机MD.EMU花版。PC上mednaffe花版，ares可以运行但有图形错误。

喷了，没看到最新的更新在后面

Earthion v5.3.0 Mega Drive

Changelog:
- Fixed an issue where background music was not playing in Stage 7.
- Fixed an issue where players could fall off the bottom of the screen when detaching boosters in Stage 7.
- Fixed an issue where the Stage 4 pursuit boss's coordinates briefly became incorrect upon appearance.
- Fixed an issue where the Stage 4 pursuit boss's display was partially incorrect.
- Solrium now appears when the player dies (amount varies by difficulty).
- Changed the game so that the previous name is retained if name entry is not successful during password play.
- Added button functionality to fire sub-weapons.
- Changed to display a star icon on the score screen when earning the 1 million point no-miss bonus.
- Displayed no-miss clear star in name entry.
- Adjusted Stage 7 boss so that the unequipped state lasts longer than normal if the Buster Launcher is equipped for an extended period.
- Fixed an issue where Stage 6 cannons were not functioning correctly.
- Changed the title screen so pressing any button (ABCXYZ buttons) now starts the game, not only the START button.
- Fixed an issue where pressing left/right to change songs while the MUSIC PLAYER was paused would leave the PAUSE display active.
