Flex/Java Game Software Engineer(Pogo) 游戏软件工程师

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for technical design, development and maintenance of online casual games written in Java or Flash.

* Collaborate with other engineers, producers, artists, QAs and managers to provide on time and high quality technical feedback including requirement analysis, technical design, bug fixing and project scheduling.

* Efficiently accomplish tasks as assigned by engineering manager with quality and to expectation.

* Provide technical opinions to other engineers in technical meetings such as code review, design reviews, etc.

* Share troubleshooting responsibilities within a global team.

Requirements:

* At least 3+ years work on professional game development while other related experience is also acceptable.

* Recent experience with either PC, Web, or handheld game development with a demonstrated passion for game development.

* Excellent either Flash/Flex or Java programming skills.

* Flash requirements: proficient in Flash CS3 Professional, proficient in ActionScript 3, solid experience with Flex 2 / Flex 3 / and Flex Builder (needs understanding of MXML components).

* Java requirements: at least 3 years experience working with Java and related technologies.

* Experience working with graphical UI and client/server networking programming.

* Good team work spirit and good process-oriented mindset.

* Thorough understanding of software development cycles.

* Good command of spoken and written English/Chinese; CET 4 is the minimum for English.

* Computer Science degree or related.

* Great passion for developing online casual games.

* Flexible work schedule since communication with international teams is required.

Desirable Skills:

* Experience developing with Facebook or other Social Networking APIs.
