刚才和amazon 客服聊了下，答复：

Thank you for waiting. I'm sorry that you have not received this credit on your account. What we need to do in this case is to send this case to our Marketing and Promotions team so they will be able to check on your account and apply the credit. You'll receive an email as soon as the credit has been applied to your account. That should take about 24 hrs.
