倒不是因为电池问题，而是海关发现同一身份证多次购买游戏机会卡单，届时需要提供身份证原件，但即使提供了还是要求退货的多，所以客服建议最好退货。
以前就用DHL买过一次xboxone，不会这么恶心吧。。。

我之前都用易客满，去年黑五的时候在美亚买了PRO，X1S，还有一些游戏和日用品什么的都没被退运

那楼主你这界DHL要比之前我遇到的上海UPS强多了。他们是全力配合海关工作，来催促我上交身份证原件，因为我有过3个pro和一个xbox one s的过关记录，这我尼玛用脚趾也想得出来，为什么要原件，无非是海关想给我的资料入档，但是UPS又懒得配合到那种程度(直接交出公司客户资料)，所以就直接把海关给他们的压力转移到我这里。既然海关盯上我了，我交不交身份证不都是一样的结果。所以完全不理睬，直接跟英亚沟通要求退货退款。
所以说DHL能建议你直接退货，这还是厚道的。

那么现在要退货的话还要联系DHL吗？还是直接亚马逊点退货就可以？反正NS也发不了了，游戏也退了算了

客服MM还不错，提示了一些从日亚买东西的注意事项，
另外得知这批游戏机都要退运开心死了，说桌子上单子都堆成山了
