Lost almost everything I had in a flood, and the friendly people at Microsoft offered to replace my Xbox One S (self.xboxone)

I bought an Xbox One a couple of days after it released. Since I'm always VERY careful with my electronics, video game consoles especially, I didn't buy any sort of warranty with my console. But with my luck, a flood hit my state (Louisiana), and I lost my Xbox One S among almost everything else I owned. I've been dealing with other things like school in the past month, but I sat down today and tried to see what my options were for the water damaged console. I contacted Microsoft support, and the friendly guy on the other end offered to replace my 2TB Xbox One S for FREE, paid shipping and everything.
Microsoft, you are by FAR the superior company in the video games industry. I've been on chats with other companies, Sony being one of them (called them, was on hold for over an hour and the representative was extremely rude). I lost almost everything I had in that flood, and I'm so happy that I get to once again enjoy the benefits of the Xbox One S. Microsoft, just know that I was, am, and always will be a huge supporter

没提x1,只提了x1s，还有ps4，所以微软能不败么

索尼也很不错

又一个看不懂的可怜人，索尼只是那些大部分公司之一，为什么这些公司都被他说成是极其粗鲁呢？要么是外国也这样，要么是这人的要求是无理取闹，还把公司正常的售后政策解读成粗鲁

倒没有升级
但是比SONY大方

我想起来我那台首发缺硬盘架螺丝的PS4了
