Under the leadership of billionaire Vincent Bolloré, Vivendi has increased its stake in Ubisoft by 2.7% to 22.8% and now holds 20% of the voting rights.

维旺迪持股增加至22.8%，目前已经持有20%的表决权。

一开始冲维万迪喊：你不要逼我，再逼我我就解散公司，我认真的！
然后打八五折把股票减价甩卖给员工，至于到底有几个接盘的就不知道了
当然真正管用的大招估计只有吸引政府投资，比如蒙特利尔市政收购的股权

gameloft被收后基本跑光了吧，反正威望迪也是买来卖而已，最终受害的还不是玩家
