If you boot up The Evil Within tonight on your PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, you’ll notice that a new title update for the game has been released. The 1 GB update covers minor bug fixes and optimizations.

A new PC update is also in the works and is expected to release soon.

原文只提到PS4和ONE 约1GB的补丁修复了些许BUG外加优化

从评论里得到的另外信息:
1 主机版好像不能移除黑边
2 360和PS3暂时没补丁但他没把话说死估计会有
3 有玩家说ONE的补丁大小远超1GB 这个只能请有主机的玩家鉴定了

GB的数毛贴指出过FOV低下以及加上黑边比例为2.5:1的问题
如果说2.35:1是所谓电影比例，那2.5:1更像是效能问题

话说PC官方中文这次要出来了吧？PS4是限时独占中文版

pc版的vsync 好有问题，大价钱买显示卡，稳定60帧，但是画面还是一卡一卡的，还不如锁30帧顺畅。也不支持最新的g sync技术，也不支持关掉游戏的vsync浪费了一个好游戏了，快出补丁。

期待支持双显卡，不过这事儿好像基本无望。
