俄今起永久使用冬令时 莫斯科与北京的时差定格为5小时。

莫斯科时间 26 日凌晨两点整 , 安装在克里姆林宫斯巴斯基钟楼上的自鸣钟时针将由俄罗斯联邦保卫局工作人员用人工方式往后拨一小时。

——哎呀，发错版了，我还以为是水区呢。版主，帮我删了吧 -_-||
