网易科技讯 3月27日消息，据路透社报道，索尼周四宣布，将位于东京的Gotenyama科技中心地产及房产作价70亿日元，出售给Sumitomo房地产开发公司。索尼预计在2014年4月底完成交易。

索尼称，这次交易约可获得50亿日元（约合4890万美元）收益，并计入下财年第一季度（4月开始）运营利润。交易不会对截止2014年3月31日的本财年业绩造成影响。这也是索尼本月第二次宣布为扭转业绩而处置资产。

为了使处于困境中的消费电子业务恢复盈利，索尼一直在出售资产和重组电视等亏损业务部门。3月7日该公司曾宣布以161亿日元出售东京的一处房产，并将100亿日元收益计入下季度的运营利润。

Justin Richmond, game director on the upcoming Uncharted game for PlayStation 4, has left Naughty Dog, he announced.

“I have in fact made the decision to leave Naughty Dog,” Richmond told IGN. “I love the company and the people and know that they will continue to create awesome games going forward. On a happier note, after careful consideration and exploration I have joined Riot Games. There is some really innovative stuff going on here that I can’t wait to be a part of.”
Riot Games is the publisher and developer of popular PC multiplayer online battle arena game League of Legends.
Richmond’s departure follows that of Uncharted writer Amy Hennig, who left Naughty Dog earlier this month, as well as several other Sony departures and lay-offs.

记得不久之前说卖楼还是要被处分的，现在没那么敏感了。主要是你不摸，索尼自摸，照样胡，没辙。
