已经开启了AHCI 但是 用一段时间后 经常因为硬盘读写 电脑变得卡了。 所以想整理下磁盘

先用系统自带的分析一下碎片状态/碎片率，可能是硬盘本身中了掉速门，是不是同时运行多个任务系统就卡到假死？
