Determine the Annual Marketing Strategiesand Marketing Plans
Coordination with other departments toretain the inter-departmental partnership relation
Develop the departmental Job DescriptionStandards, Key Performance Index (KPI) and Rewards
Provide Guidance, Inspection and monitoringeach project implementation of the department
Collaborate with HR Department to provideTraining, Assessment & Deployment of the Team
Determine & Monitoring the MarketingPlan and Budget Acquisition
Determine and Monitor Public Relation &Promotion Plan, with respective schedule of Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly forall relevant Marketing Promotion Strategy
Develop Advertising Strategy, includingYearly, Quarterly, Monthly and Seasonal Event Advertisement Plan
Regularly perform logically forecast andanalysis, and be well prepared towards the upcoming Product Launching Plans
Develop and Monitor the execution of MarketResearch Plan
Develop and Monitor the new ProductLaunching Plan and Budget Acquisition
Develop the Process of all Marketing Fundacquisition and Auditing Procedures
