　　本次加强版参战人物从前作的38人（包含DLC的JILL和独眼异形）增加至50人，有12名新人物（大部分都在MVC3的通关动画里打过酱油）、8个新场地、全新的“观众模式”等，并且调整了游戏的平衡性。
