我e72接上去，扫描到了，然后firmware update，最上方product information都正确，但是dead phone usb flashing不让勾，点击refurbish提示HRESULT 0x84212007 (-2078203897)

Firmware: None of supported Programming Devices were detect or the connection is not opened

咋整？
