The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG which celebrated its world premiere during the 2009 International Motor Show (IAA), is the highlight in the latest version of the PlayStation®3 video game Gran Turismo®5. Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past year (or just not reading the car magazines/blogs…), you probably know about the new Mercedes SLS AMG -- the company’s replacement for the SLR McLaren and the spiritual successor to the classic 300SL Gullwing. It was only recently announced by Mercedes, but that didn’t stop Kazunori Yamauchi from getting the chance to slip behind the wheel. As you can see in these two apparently leaked videos (see the other one here), Yamauchi-san saw the car both with and without camouflage, outside and in.

The obvious question: was he checking out the car while the Polyphony Digital team gathered the necessary data for Gran Turismo 5? We may never know for sure -- even if it doesn’t make it on to the Blu-Ray disc, it’s still an obvious candidate for download in the future. Time will tell! Thanks to SleepyK for digging this up!

说得真好听，不就是GT5将会收录SLS嘛。

不过以奔驰的历史来说，应该收录进游戏里的经典车型太多了。

搞不到好莱坞车模就只有自己动手丰衣足食了口牙，没钱就这点不好。

你说反了，买其它公司做好的车模其实更便宜。

这种电子文件做第一遍时花钱最多，接下来其它公司有项目要用的话，就是买拷贝了。

pd有足够的预算才可以全部自己做高品质车模。

柯南提了一句reveton，搞的好象fm3的车模全都是买的似的。

网上有个fm3布加迪制作的内容，他们居然在真车上贴曲面的拓分结构线，然后扫描进计算机。

老美的制作手段真是天马行空，虽然比直接在计算机里画结构线要费力，但一是精确，二是助理就可以干这活，三是速度快，真车已经提供了定位点，可以几个人一起贴。而3d软件里画结构线，基本还是一个人负责一个壳体，基本面都定位（所有部分精确定位要2天）后再分工。

還要有真車提供給你貼才行，然後拉一票人去掃描，掃描后還要慢慢細緻清理，費時費力。而且掃描出的是一體化模型，如果部件要模塊化的話這樣做實在沒用，感覺就是裝b比較多
