关于MGS4将在本届E3微软展前发布会公开的消息经此微博透露后立刻传遍网络。

I was wrong... I CAN confirm Forza 3. Its definately at E3!!... and Playable!!! (A big update on this news on thursday).

》 Molyneux 的狮子头的新作 "Richter" 将出展。有可能在Fable2的xbla资料片（指 see the future）出来之后就公开。（应该就是最近了）

》 GTA第二个X360独占资料片定名 Blood and a Four Leaf Clover《血染四叶草》，R星决定在E3前不会做任何媒体试玩，所以媒体可能不会有任何风声。但是twitter作者表示，尽快对这个名字熟悉起来吧，到了今年年底圣诞档期的时候，大家都会谈这个资料片了。

》 Alan Wake 试玩作者貌似已经玩到，感觉很棒。风格酷似惊悚小说大师史蒂芬．金的作品，介于Shine《闪灵》和Misery《战栗游戏》之间。画面强悍，极其开放，剧情惊险……而且，会吓得你屁滚尿流！（Graphically stunning, massively open, incredibly engaging.... and shit-pant scary）

》其他闲言碎语：为啥没有ps3的消息？因为他在SCE没啥内线，都是些拿不准的一般谣言，所以他就不说了。/ 制作过Crackdown的 Realtime World 新作ABP有望成为GTA杀手 / Forza 3确定本届E3出展，而且提供现场试玩。（之后还有更多更新）/ AW/APB/MGS等新作的发售时间？作者不敢说，AW、APB完成度看来很高，秋季没有不发售的理由。MGS看到的比较少，不敢确定。 / 以上游戏列表还不是微软这次E3的全部阵容。（应该和去年一样，从秋季开始砸大作群）

具体的上面已经说了。名字有点怪。为啥叫 Oxide 呢。。。依我看干脆叫《叛国者之枪：软化》……

■ 谣言来源2： Settle Post Intellgencer 《西雅图邮报》
这份报纸是微软总部所在地西雅图当地的媒体，对微软、波音之类的本地公司消息一向比较灵通精准。
不过这次爆料的是报纸网站的一个读者blog，消息来源是微软游戏部门的软硬件测试前员工，因为金融危机刚刚离职。总算可以无视一堆保密协议畅所欲言了。
Blog上写的事情也很多，那条微软有能力通过Xbox Live发送一条指令让各位的Xbox 360冒烟自毁的消息实在是有趣的紧……
关于MGS4是这么说的：

值得注意的是，关于MGS4劈腿的消息有两个不同的来源互为佐证。一个是twitter上“自上而下”的说法，点出了title名称，而且确定是今年微软E3发布会的压轴；
一个是测试部门员工“自下而上”的说法，只是提到在测试，至于什么时候公布啥的只字未提。两个渠道，同一个消息。信不信由你。

Microsoft's Aaron Greenberg has told Eurogamer that the information supposedly leaked about the platform holder's E3 showing is "completely uninformed".
"I can confirm that this post is completely uninformed and does not even come close to matching our news for E3," Greenberg told Eurogamer.
"You can't believe everything you read, but it is fun to see people trying to guess what will be shown at the show and we are excited to share our real news with everyone on June 1st."
Microsoft's conference kicks off at 10.30am PST (6.30pm BST) on 1st June, and we'll be there covering it live as usual.
The earlier supposed leak claimed that Metal Gear Solid 4 was on its way to Xbox 360, along with a motion controller called Xbox Fluid and various other unannounced projects.

new Rock Band controller hardware. The Beetles: Rockband is coming along

Microsoft Game Studios’ Halo team is looking for exceptional art talent to contribute to a new experience in the Halo universe.

This new job it is for a new Halo game being made by Microsoft Game Studios. According to the Job listing it is going to be developed in Redmond and it is going to be for the Xbox 360. There you go folks I am calling it. This is as official confirmation as you are going to get for a long time. If they are hiring major people now I would not expect the game before holiday 2011.

It is technically hypothetically possible that it might not be Halo IV but "Yet Another Halo Project That Is Not Halo IV" or YAHPTINH IV but I think that it is not very likely. Or it could be for a Cortana office assistant to replace Clippy in the next version of MS Office. But I think I had it right with going that this job is going to be for Halo IV. That is the most logical conclusion. If it is not Halo IV I'll post a video of just how bad I suck at Halo 3 multiplayer while singing Heavy Metal ABBA.

MS出面否认消息了：

Microsoft's Aaron Greenberg has told Eurogamer that the information supposedly leaked about the platform holder's E3 showing is "completely uninformed".

"I can confirm that this post is completely uninformed and does not even come close to matching our news for E3," Greenberg told Eurogamer.

"You can't believe everything you read, but it is fun to see people trying to guess what will be shown at the show and we are excited to share our real news with everyone on June 1st."

Microsoft's conference kicks off at 10.30am PST (6.30pm BST) on 1st June, and we'll be there covering it live as usual.

The earlier supposed leak claimed that Metal Gear Solid 4 was on its way to Xbox 360, along with a motion controller called Xbox Fluid and various other unannounced projects.

Halo IV Job

Microsoft Game Studios’ Halo team is looking for exceptional art talent to contribute to a new experience in the Halo universe.

This new job it is for a new Halo game being made by Microsoft Game Studios. According to the Job listing it is going to be developed in Redmond and it is going to be for the Xbox 360. There you go folks I am calling it. This is as official confirmation as you are going to get for a long time. If they are hiring major people now I would not expect the game before holiday 2011.

It is technically hypothetically possible that it might not be Halo IV but "Yet Another Halo Project That Is Not Halo IV" or YAHPTINH IV but I think that it is not very likely. Or it could be for a Cortana office assistant to replace Clippy in the next version of MS Office. But I think I had it right with going that this job is going to be for Halo IV. That is the most logical conclusion. If it is not Halo IV I'll post a video of just how bad I suck at Halo 3 multiplayer while singing Heavy Metal ABBA.

Halo IV to be made by Microsoft Games Studio in Redmond for the Xbox 360.

E3 Twitter Rumors 'Uninformed,' Says Microsoft

A mystery Twitter feed is spooning out rich details about Microsoft's Xbox 360 E3 press conference, from GTA info to Forza 3. Leaks? Educated guesses? Kotaku asked around.

Is that next GTA episode really called Blood And a Four-Leaf Clover?

Is Metal Gear Solid + Oxide about the be unveiled at the Microsoft E3 press briefing on June 1?

Such are the rumors being bandied in the increasingly-detailed, increasingly-popular, but who-knows-if-it-is-true Game Fork Twitter feed.

The always-responsible news division at GameSpot dumped the accumulated tweets of mystery Twitterer Game Fork into their rumors section earlier this week, lending just a little credence to a Twitter feed that's been fun to read.

Baffled, we checked with Rockstar about BAAFLC. They e-mailed back: "We don't comment on rumors or speculation."

We checked in with ever-quotable Microsoft group product manager and super-spokesman Aaron Greenberg. He e-mailed too: "I can confirm that this post is completely uninformed and does not even come close to matching our news for E3. You can't believe everything you read, but it is fun to see people trying to guess what will be shown at the show and we are excited to sharing our real news with everyone on June 1st."

And we were left, thinking, wouldn't the world be an easier place to live in if people just spoke clearly and everyone Twittered using their real name?

For the record, Microsoft took the unusual step prior to this E3 of not participating int he traditional spring pre-E3 Game Critics' tour. So while outlets including this one are sitting on embargoed news from the likes of EA and Activision — and on info offered by major publishers who ran their own satellite pre-E3 exhibitions — Microsoft has shown nothing to the press. If Game Fork is a real leak, he or she is not leaking from a press tour in the U.S. Maybe he's a viral marketer...

PSP的机能秒杀NDS，结果又怎样？二十年来，任天堂通过市场无数次的告诉竞争对手：掌机的机能并不重要。重要的是俄罗斯方块游戏、口袋妖怪、脑白金、新超马之类的游戏，竞争对手公司推出的机能更强掌机（Sega的GG，SNK的NGP、Sony的PSP，还有打擦边球的Ngage）无不碰的头破血流
所以我们可以得出一个结论：要在掌机市场取得一席之地，最重要的是游戏。

然而，这次微软如果推出Xboy，却并非一个纯粹的掌机，用意绝非是为了卖几个游戏——就如同微软进军游戏主机行业也不是为了游戏一样，它的真正意图是家庭超级娱乐终端。而Xboy，将是微软的便携式个人终端，从娱乐方向进行切入而已。从这个意义上说，它的对手是iPod iPhone PSP NDS 还有上网本。Xboy将要实现除了移动电话之外的一切便携式设备的功能。如果它带一个320万像素的摄像头和话筒，我也不会感到奇怪。

Zune HD 這名號已經算是傳了好一陣子了，可是到現在都沒有人知道這東西到底是啥。而這兩天終於是有善心人士出來跟大家長篇大論一下（引用來源），一解 Zune HD 是啥、不是啥的謎團。（但是該消息的真實性...也是未知呀！）

總之根據 Teamxbox 得到的消息，這台先前一直被叫做『Zune HD』的數位『多媒體手持裝置』，其實還有一個代號 "xYz"，也就表示這傢伙將會把 XBOX 跟 Zune 這兩個平台連接起來，同時他跟手機一點關係都沒有，而是一個多項裝置的『混搭』（mashup），能一機包辦包括 Sony Mylo、PSP，蘋果 iPod touch 能夠做的事情。

而這項裝置的重點，並不是在硬體的方面，而是軟體、背後的服務以及一些娛樂的體驗部份；其主體則是一台掌上型遊樂器跟多媒體播放器，另外他還會跟微軟的 Skybox 連接，一舉模糊 XBOX Live、Zune / Sky Marketplace 間的界線，甚至連 XBOX360 的 NXE 介面將來都可能用在這台新的硬體裝置上面。最後 Teamxbox 則是做了以下的總結：

從 XBOX 上面購買歌曲、電影、電視節目，然後可以在該手持裝置上面播放；在 XBOX 主機、該手持裝置上面都可以玩 XBOX Live Arcade 的遊戲。

Imagine if Microsoft's E3 showstopper was Metal Gear Solid 4. With day 1 DLC expansion pack. Wow. That'd be something, In my OPINION anyway.
