这个弗吉尼亚州男子承认自己在Live向一个13岁男孩索取裸体照片而被逮捕，罪名是电脑儿童色情活动。
8月7日两人在Xbox Live游戏和聊天，该男子询问男孩的大小和性器官，手淫和性经验。他还要求男孩把自己裸体照片发送给自己。警方发现聊天纪录后，男子承认自己给了男孩手淫的意见。
电脑儿童色情是B级重罪，一但定罪，可判处5到20年徒刑，罚款高达$15,000或两者兼施。
A Portsmouth, Va., man is in jail facing felony charges after admitting last year to asking a 13-year-old Fayetteville boy to send him a naked picture of himself. Ryan Edwin Donker, 24, was picked up on an arrest warrant filed in Washington County in October on charges of computer child pornography.
Donker was extradited from Virginia, transported by the Washington County Sheriff's Office and booked into Washington County Detention Center Friday, officials said. He remained in jail as of Monday evening apparently unable to post a $20,000 bond, which includes a no contact order with the victim. His arraignment is set for Feb. 2.
Computer child pornography is a class B felony punishable upon conviction by five to 20 years in prison, fines of up to $15,000 or both. The Fayetteville Police Department built its case after the boy told his parents that a man he knew as "Ryan" made sexual comments on Aug. 7 while the two were playing video games and chatting on Xbox Live, an online gaming and entertainment service available to users of the Xbox 360 video game system.
Donker asked the boy about the size of his sex organs, masturbation and his sexual experiences. He also asked the boy to take a naked picture of himself using his phone and then send it to him, according to the affidavit for arrest warrant. Fayetteville police went to the victim's home Aug. 8 and recorded chats where Donker admitted that he had given the boy advice on masturbation.
On Aug. 11 police again recorded the chats, and Donker told the victim he could get into serious trouble if anyone knew what they were talking about, according to the affidavit. Donker told a detective in a telephone call on Aug. 12 that he was on probation and was concerned about criminal investigations or possible charges relating to the Xbox Live chats.
He admitted to engaging in crude adult sexual humor that was "kind of inappropriate" for someone of the victim's age, according to the affidavit. Donker told police the request for the boy's picture was a joke and that he knew he would get in trouble if he received it.
