2. Run MFCMapi.exe on your manager's computer
3. Click Session -> Logon and Display Store Table
4. Choose the current profile and Click OK
5. Double Click "Mailbox - username"
6. Expand "Root - Mailbox" -> "IPM_SUBTREE"
7. Right Click "Inbox" and Click "Display Rules Table"
8. Try to find a rule whose "PR_Rule_Name" is "<NULL String>" and "PR_Rule_Provider" is "Schedule+ EMS Interface"
9. Right Click the rule and Click Delete
