Smash does smashing Business in Europe
The release of the title caused a 35% week to week sales increase of Wii hardware in PAL territories, causing the system to exceed the 200,000 units sales mark this week.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl, released earlier this year in Japan and America, currently stands at roughly 6 million copies sold to consumers. The game opened with sales of 1.7 million units in the Americas and 800,000 units in Japan, making it one of the fastest selling Nintendo titles of all time.
