Dark_Alex和Mathieulh等人在3.80固件中发现了为新型号PSP主机预留的代码，就像在2.71固件中发现的对PSP2000主板的早期支持一样（PSP2000发售的时候就已经是3.60了），可能SONY在开发PSP3000型号，或者只是更改了主板来使潘多拉电池无法使用。

Anyways Sony is slow creating a new psp. They started the slim back in 2.71

since 2.71 and especially in 2.80, we could see a string refering to pspbtcnf_02g which suggested the support of a new hardware or at least of a new operative mode. Later with the slim release we found out that the slim's codename was this infamous 02g (proably standing for second generation) and that it used the _02g modules as well as pspbtcnf_02g
.bin. It means that they worked on slim firmware/kernel for months before the actual hardware was announced/released.

We believe it is the same with the 3rd generation hardware which they are now preparing for sure. Will it be yet another lighter (and pandora proof) psp or will it be the new psp phone ? Time will tell

另外，黑客们曾经在3.5x固件中发现了针对硬盘和蓝牙支持的驱动，之前猜测本来SONY是打算给PSP2000用的，但是因为电量和价格的原因而取消了硬盘和蓝牙功能，但是驱动却留下来了。不过现在看来也有另一种可能，那就是给更新型号PSP使用的（PSP手机？）。

微银盘都是过时的技术了，2.5以下的硬盘都要被淘汰了。现在都是SSD了，索尼肯定不会无聊的支持微硬盘这种已经被淘汰的东西的。

你楼上那大哥的硬盘个头比PSP都大。。。。。。
话说这个微硬盘怎么塞进PSP去呢？要是用1寸的，最大容量也就10G左右，还不如用记忆棒呢。

索尼什么时候出的微硬盘MP3，iPod又是什么时候？

iPod Touch 目前只有闪存版本，而没法做到以前iPod的30G、60G，耗电量、成本、重量，这些问题不是靠一部机器就可以解决的。完美的机器不存在。

这就是为什么iPod Touch出来了，依然要保留 iPod Classic

2.5寸以下的硬盘肯定会被淘汰的，现在各大硬盘公司的发展趋势都是SSD，也就是说的固态存储，传统硬盘天生在寻道时间，耗电，物理损耗等方面上的不足是无法解决的，主要是现在SSD的价格还没有稳定，等成本下来了，也就是小硬盘命运结束的时期。现在三星和东芝的128G的SSD都已经发表了，您说的IPOD classical保留的原因也就是因为成本，虽然小硬盘现在还存在，但是发展的趋势肯定是被淘汰的，固态存储肯定是最终的方式。
