Kindly prepare a list. In this list, indicate the Service Request ID , Full Name, Address, Contact Number and a brief description of the problem you are facing with the console (where possible). Also state that you are sending the console. (Do not send any other accessories such as the Power Supply Unit and Hard Disc Drive)
You will then assign any courier service to ship the console to the Japanese Service Repair Center.You need to pay the shipment charges yourself and Microsoft will bear the return shipment
fees.
Refrain from writing the term "Microsoft", "Xbox 360" on the exterior of the packaging but you will need to clearly state in the custom declaration forms that you are sending "Xbox 360 for repair".
Upon receiving your console and if the service center determines that the problem was caused by tampering with the unit, we will return your console to you without any repair.
Do allow us 14 business days to process this out of region repair for you. At any point of time if you want to check the status of the repair, kindly call our Xbox Phone Support at 800-964215 at your earliest convenience for further assistance and we would be happy to assist you
