Gamesaving is the practice of sharing and uploading other users' game information for the benefit of progressing through a game or unlocking achievements. Although this term has cross platform use, the primary use of the term is associated with the Xbox 360.
Gamers who use this method of gaming are known as gamesavers.
Many gamesavers use this tactic to climb leaderboards such as mygamercard.net, a Microsoft Community Developer.
1. 1000 points in Ridge Racer 6 and Rumble Roses XX. These two games are truly difficult and probably fewer than 10 people in the world have beaten both games. Telltale sign- undated achievements, especially "Shop Complete" in RRXX.
2. "Acquired" multi-player achievements. This is prevelant in FarCry gamesaves. But can be found elsewhere.
在线成就,在线下取得。比如说Farcry.
3. 1000 points in several Japanese games. As a neophyte Import Gamer I've looked at countless gamercards and find that most people with import games on their cards, if playing them legit have very few achievements. I call this the Kaens rule. Kaens is a top tier gamer who has played most of the Japanese games and has only earned a modest number of import achievements. The reason for this is that Japanese games are hard to play if you don't read Japanese.
4. Having a score over 60,000 points. This seems to be the bar where most gamesavers live. It will steadily go up over time. If you use Kaens gamesaverless list- you will see that very few gamers on the MGC leaderboards with a score over 60,000 have done it legit. If you apply my first three rules and the gamers come clean, odds are they are on his list.
