With the trailer arriving today, we felt it would be rather fitting to announce our July cover. We're blowing the lid off of one of the most anticipated returns of a franchise - Fallout 3. We bring you inside Bethesda and give you the first details about this post-apocalyptic open-ended RPG that's hitting the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2008.

We did our part. We tripled your board record for the most number of people on at one time, we went from 70,204 posts to 81,339 posts in under 24 hours. We crashed your boards for a short time at least twice, we put your teaser up on Digg.
Now for the love of our sanity, just give us two short answers.
RT or TB or Both?
FPS or TPP or Iso?
C'mon, we're tired of the same two subjects over and over. We waited for the trailer to see. I'd put a paycheck on you announcing it in the next two weeks anyways in preparation of E3. Throw us a bone, Please?

U know, 10 years have passed since the last Fallout. I am 24 now, and good lord i waited 10 years to listen that WAR...WAR NEVER CHANGES. The feeling i got is like "da*n they did it, 10 years to see this damn trailer but man they got the feeling". Its incredible something like a game can bring such feelings, they are doing a great job so far. And after all the sh*t talk the last days and the bashing, after the teaser nothing wrong can be said, except dont lower the effort and listen to Ron Perlman phrase all the day, that man is FALLOUT in person, seriously someone must record that phrase forever just in the case something happens to him.

....i hope to be more teasers in the future....so much fun....so many topics, half of them got closed.
I quess in a week or smth we will read topics like : "Teaser2...not a joke"...and the moderator replying "Done"...

Well, I'll give a big "thumbs up" for that teaser...
You know I was fully prepared to go off on a tear about it if I didn't like it, but I like it. It's true that the teaser shows us nothing of game play, but that's really the only flaw I can see in it. They did everything else just right!

I just spent the last 2 hours reading Threads 1,2, and 3 (which was on page 5 when I started). I finished to see Thread 3 closed, and Thread 4 started up.
For the most part, everyone (incuding myself) has the same comments:
Retro-elements, devastation, references to fallouts past, Ron Big-Bad-Perlman etc... Though we did not get answers to many of our questions, we must remember this is only a teaser, not even a preview.
I consider myself officially teased. Can't wait.
To those who still complain (blah blah texture detail, blah blah blah character animation, blah blah BOS tactics cannon issues, blah blah), you realize you're just nitpicking at this point right? My greatest fear was that the game would not feel fallout-y. My fears are laid to rest.
