I have an imported XBOX360 (Hong Kong version) in Australia and some problems occur occationally during my play. There sometimes are three red lights flashing on the front panel and the console can not start anymore. My question is, could you fix this problem or replace an new XBOX 360 console to me? Are there any warranty services for imported XBOX360 console (Not Australian version)?

And as I understand that you see three lights on the Ring of Light flash red on the front of the Xbox 360 console. The upper-right quadrant light is the only light that does not flash red.
With this behavior, Your Xbox 360 console experiences a hardware failure.

a. Turn off the console.
b. Unplug all the power and AV cables from the console.
c. Unplug the power cord from the wall socket.
d. Firmly reconnect all the cables. Make sure that the power supply unit is directly connected to the wall socket.
e. Turn on the console.
