前一阵的Unity同人版3D复刻马里奥64，只有一关，只是一个免费放出的Demo，拿来练练手做着玩而已
没有长期规划，没有任何盈利性质，甚至以网页的形式免费提供
但是任天堂律师很快便以“Demo使用了官方的模型”为由封杀了这个同人实验作品
现在又冒出一个虚幻4版本的同人Demo，完成度很低，比Unity版差得多，不过有人相信任天堂的律师会手下留情么？

你搞错了重点
顶楼那两个简陋的Demo当然没多少人在乎，但其他复杂的同人不一样
比如这个不错的银河战士同人游戏

在同人和MOD这块直接抓官方模型用的作品一大把
只有任天堂、SE这种日本讼棍整天告个没完
