这也符合Mantle的原理：降低显卡指令操作对CPU的依赖性，但当这一瓶颈解决时，显卡本身的性能成为了第二个瓶颈，无法实现图形效果的大幅提升
主机的开发环境也一样（Mantle不是主机的API，但AMD表示整体思路和主机一个尿性）

I talked with a couple of other tech editors and we agreed that there was a slight miscommunication on the purpose of Mantle. The general intent of Mantle was thought to be an increase in GPU performance, but that is not exactly the case. What Mantle basically does is, that it removes a lot of the load from the CPU to allow the GPU to run at its true potential. AMD Coins this as CPU-Bound and GPU-Bound Scenarios. However if you are already the owner of a well rounded rig, Mantle wont bring any drastic change.

买个打桩机独立四核也差不多
看来Mantle这东西是拿来推销AMD CPU的

性价比就别谈了，有Mantle的游戏很少，这个结果实际上就算一盆冷水
当然不排除AMD使坏以后给Mantle做点特效什么的，N卡运行不了，那还算有意义

我觉得还是很不错的啊~
起码能大大提升低端配置的性价比~而且做全平台的游戏又够便捷。。
不少厂商也很欢迎呢。。
对amd接下来那几年还是比较乐观的~
接下来也该轮到apu+gpu异构表演咯。。

其实对于这几家大鳄的宣传，都习惯了啊。。



另外我觉得对游戏厂的企划还是有正面意义的，比如什么无双啊，total war之类的~

根据配置不同，馒头的提升从APU的14%到高端配置的55%
这还只是馒头和驱动配合的第一版
以后的提升只会更大

Mantle主要作用就是通过降低对CPU的依赖性实现更多的Draw
RTS和割草类对这个要求更大
至于FPS，就算是64人，物件也就那些了

FX-8350那个先不说
290X双卡能提速一半我觉得是AMD自己之前的交火有问题

怎么更新完之后各种lag

CF能提速的显然是因为此时CPU已经成为瓶颈，跟不上GPU的能力导致

打个比方（数字纯属虚构），290X CF每秒能处理75万个draw call，但CPU经过DX层每秒只能发行50万个，那么经过mantle就能发挥出剩余的25万（50%）的潜力

7970都提升25%左右,这怎么会不好?

两家同级高端显卡比来比去,差距也不过10%内,
这次多了25%，AMD不就直接越级打nVIDIA了?

虽然只有三种配备比较,但越高端效果越好,都上55%,CPU的问题似乎解决了,
最重要的是AMD GCN张数不稳定的毛病终于减轻很多,稳定多了，
看来馒头真的很好呀! 就看AMD能不能推广开来。
