事情是这样的～
想买IPAD 3G 打电话那个软件，在iPhoneIslam用支付宝打了钱给avangate，尼玛后来居然要向我索取
- a copy of a photo ID (identification card, driver`s license or
passport) of the Credit/Debit Card account holder.
- Proof of Valid billing address: Utility Bill.

我没理他
过了几天又向我发邮件
Avangate received a cancel [refund] request regarding your order
#9948452 amount 19.99 USD, therefore we kindly ask you to contact your
bank and request an official document (e.g. bank account statement)
which should contain the financial details needed, to transfer this
amount back to your account:
- the beneficiary name [your name]
- your bank name
- your account number
- IBAN account, for EU residents
- the swift [BIC] code of your bank
- ABA code of your bank [for domestic ACH], for US residents
This document should be sent to Avangate by e-mail to pay@avangate.com

If a response is not received within 30 days, the cancel request will be
discarded and a new request may only be processed only after a written
confirmation from http://www.iphoneislam.com staff.

我就和他说：我是用手机给支付宝充值的，没银行户口，没有你想要的证件，知道什么是支付宝不？

他又回我说
Dear Customer,

We know what is Alipay, given that we have this type of payment method available.

If you read the emails which were sent to you, you will see that you were not asked for any bank account.
