[数码手机] 怪不得之前Android大游戏要分引导+数据包的形式,原来是Google限制+碎片两方面因素

EPIC说的,Google之前将软件容量限制在50MB,超过这个容量,软件开发商就要为多出的容量付钱,更何况不同主芯片能用的数据包也不同,所以像EPIC这样的,因为这两个原因,干脆就不出了,成功更高,盈利预期更低也是一方面,而Dungeon Defender、Gun Bros这样的,就变成引导+数据包了,而且还要开发不同芯片的数据包。


不过容量问题六月后能解决了,Google会给优秀的程序开绿灯,碎片问题嘛,不仅仅是软件版本的问题,硬件问题怕是难度更大,毕竟成本在那,要高中低端通杀,不可能完美。

正好相反,EPIC表示Google作恶不够,认为G应该加强对Android的控制。

没听说过限制上传软件的容量啊。
限制用走流量下载的软件大小,超过10M就必须用WiFi下。

Epic Games has stated that it does not plan on releasing Infinity Blade, or any other Epic game, on Android phones any time soon, citing a lack of consistency and Google not being "evil" enough.

I'm sure many would disagree that Google needs to control the Android market more(虽然很多人支持Google开放不做恶), but I definitely get what Mark is saying. The Android market is a messy wild west right now(但是我认为 Andorid market 现在就像以前的美国西部一样 无法无天), and it does put game developers off. There's a reason why so many developers favor iOS over the more popular Android OS, and it's because of that controlled, consistent environment. (这也是为啥 多数开发者喜欢管制严格的 iOS 而不是 Android)
