[电脑] 求助 关于无法访问网页 看看是不是缺少了一个ActiveX文件？

如题  访问后出现如下错误提示？  我看了一下  是不是缺少一个ActiveX文件 还是缺少ActiveX control这个组键？ 第二段中的visit this website链接是微软的SP3安装包  几百M 难道要装这个 ？   

我装了ActiveX Control Pad 还是不能访问 应该不是这个
