上月有在AMAZON买过几张BD,但至今尚未收到,于是便发MAIL给AMAZON客服,等了一天结果收到手机短信,AMAZON又扣了我77美金然后给我重新生成了一个订单,这算什么意思啊!!!哪位DX帮我看看他回过来的MAIL什么意思啊?谢谢谢谢

太长就看了前面一点，amazon的条款是，如果东西寄丢，amazon负责 一切费用给用户重新发一个。应该是这样。

之前的估计寄丢了。

第一次订货收的钱在2、3天内就会退还给你

谢谢兄弟,可我第一次是买一送一买的,用了最便宜的邮费加起来才41美金,他现在扣了我77美金再退还40美金给我???

The charge for this order is $77.87. We're also refunding the same amount ($77.87)

77.87-77.87 =0

开包？不会吧，我的三个包裹都原封不动的送到我的家里来了，根本没有开包，我北京的～

又受到新邮件了,我是英语苦手麻烦帮我看看啊,是不是意思AMAZON会先退还我77.87美金,再退还我40.92美金,然后收到他们快递过来的包裹直接要我拒收的意思啊?

开包又重新封起来了，我碰到的多了，当然不是每个包裹都开

话说AMAZON给我的跟踪单号能查邮包在那里吗？
