After opening the cinemagraph in the application (in the viewing mode), select export gif from the menu. The cinemagraph is saved as a .gif file in the Other Pictures (or Saved Images) album.

是拍摄照片的动态照片吗？
那个导出来只是一个视频文件。
可以用“文件”应用查看CAMERA ROLL，每张图片都有一个相对应的MP4.THM。
把这个文件拷出来，去掉THM就是那个视频文件了。
