实施步骤：
1. 对曾经出过车祸的车辆进行检视，看后悬挂有没有损坏；
2. 对没出过车祸的车辆安装铁片；
3. 铁片的作用是，当车辆出车祸导致后悬挂损坏的时候会发出声响提醒车主尽早前往检查。
