Nintendo continues to dominate Japanese hardware charts

PS2 still outdoing rival next-gen consoles

The popularity of Nintendo hardware across Japan continues to shadow the competition, with Wii and DS Lite accounting for more than 79 per cent of sales last week.

Even though numbers were slightly down for the week ended 10th June, 117,193 DS Lite units were sold compared to 24,711 PSPs.

Year-to-date figures show the DS has outsold PSP by more than three to one so far.

Nintendo's Wii is also out-performing its rivals, racking up 64,529 sales compared to 8776 for PlayStation 3 and 2553 for Xbox 360.

Wii每周才卖6万5千台，也不是太牛B。不过PS3也没卖过1万。。。差距还是够大！

However, Sony's Playstation 2 continues to outsell the new systems from both Microsoft and Sony, with 11,097 shifted last week.

还是佩服PS2！卖的跟PS3和XO加起来差不多。。。

不知道WII到底是缺少NDS曾经“任天狗”那样的东西的刺激，还是在日本家用机真的没落了！？

  现在形势最好的Wii肯定没话说，卖不过DS是因为这个热潮已经超过所有人预想，Wii带着它天生缺陷已经很了不起了~！

有没有常识啊,wii的起步已经比DS同期好太多了,以前哪个家用机在日本每周都能保持5万以上过?
