最近一直被这个问题困扰 插着电源经常用着用着就开始卡 开任务管理器看cpu一直在100%的状态
重置了电源计划 还去bios里开了插电源风扇常转  改用省电模式 但都没什么效果
这时候其他什么都不动 只要电源一拔掉cpu立马回到30%左右 日了狗了啊

Try this. Go to power options and change the processor cooling policy to Active (if it is passive) in both balanced and in power saving mode and in both On battery and Plugged in options in windows 7
