放弃官方 Game Boy Player Start-up Disc 的渣画质吧  貌似需要homebrew 运行 改造了sdl的gc直接运行

Game Boy Interface

Not to be confused with Nintendo 64 Graphics Binary Interface.
An alternative to the Game Boy Player Start-up Disc, requires the Game Boy Player hardware.

Current features:

    Video
    8 bits per channel, linear RGB renderer
    full resolution (720x576 PAL, 720x486 NTSC)
    2X/3X/4X prescaler
    framerate conversion
    color gamut mapping
    2-3 frames latency
    PNG screenshots
    Audio
    no low-pass filter
    Input
    1000 Hz polling rate
    turbo button
    rumble
    Network
    SNTP broadcast listener
    wiiload v0.5 server

For low latency version:

    Video
    fixed 480(528)x160p viewport
    fixed 59.8261 Hz refresh
    1-2 frames latency (buffered)
    Audio
    no low-pass filter
    Input
    1000 Hz polling rate

For ultra-low latency version:

    Video
    fixed 480(528)x160/320p viewport
    fixed 59.7276 Hz refresh, close to the ideal 59.7275 Hz
    <1 frame latency (unbuffered)
    Audio
    no low-pass filter
    Input
    1000 Hz polling rate


Controls:

    A / B - Hide on-screen display
    X - Toggle on-screen display
    Y - Revert
    Z - Take screenshot
    Start - Quit (hold)
    D-Pad - Offset
    L / R - Zoom
    Reset - Reset

    A / B - A / B
    X - Toggle on-screen display
    Y - Turbo
    Z - Select
    Start - Start
    D-Pad, Stick - D-Pad
    L / R - L / R (Game Boy Advance only)
    Reset - Reset

For low latency versions:

    A / B - A / B
    Z - Select
    Start - Start
    D-Pad, Stick, C-Stick - D-Pad
    L, Y / R, X - L / R
    Reset - Reset


Arguments:

    --aspect=x:y
    Set display aspect ratio. (default: 4:3)
    --offset=x:y
    Set default offset.
    --zoom=f
    Set default zoom.
    --turbo=i
    Set turbo frame interval. (default: 2)
    --format={ntsc|pal|palm|pal60}
    Use a specific video format. (default: last used mode)
    --(no)interlaced
    Force double-strike, progressive or interlaced scan.
    --(no)osd
    Toggle on-screen display.
    --(no)network
    Toggle networking.

在意这一条，是不是这样就不会再发生每隔几秒卡顿一下的情况了
是这样的话就有兴趣买GBP了

好像Pro版支持烧写插件吧，sx没听说过能烧写插件
