5.5	Presentation The story in Silent Hill Downpour isn’t half bad, and watching Murphy’s past unfold is one of the more compelling elements in the game, but the half-baked inclusion of choice options feels tacked on.
4.0	Graphics Some cool design ideas that ultimately fall apart under technical issues and drab, boring visuals. Polish problems like framerate stutters and freezing can have a detrimental effect on the gameplay.
6.5	Sound The music effects are fairly sparse aside from some creepy sound effects here and there to set the mood, and the Korn theme song likely isn’t for everyone. The voice work is hit and miss.
4.0	Gameplay A heavy reliance on sub-par combat and dull exploration elements make this one a frustrating bore to play.
4.5	Lasting Appeal Downpour isn’t terribly long, but completing the extra side missions will extend the experience. Unfortunately, that experience is still deeply flawed.
4.5 OVERALL	Bad (out of 10)

呈現 5.5
劇情並非那麼糟，看著Murphy(主角)的過去逐漸展現是遊戲的一大魅力。可惜遊戲中的選擇有硬加上去的之感讓人內容半吊子。

畫面 4.0
遊戲有些不錯的設計點子但終因技術問題而呈現失敗，視覺表現單調、無趣。還有一些最佳化問題，如畫面幀率不順暢、甚至畫面凍結，都會對遊戲性造成不良影響。

音效 6.0
配樂的效果相當薄弱，靠各處充斥些恐怖的音效來製造氣氛。Korn所打造的主題曲可能也不能合每個人的胃口。配音水準參差不齊，有時好有時不好。

遊戲性 4.0
遊戲性嚴重依賴在低於水準的戰鬥與索然無味的探險，使得這款遊戲玩起來讓人沮喪與厭煩。

耐玩性 4.5
驟雨並不很長，支線任務能延長點遊戲體驗。不過可惜的是那些體驗仍舊感覺有缺陷。

From side quests to sound design, Silent Hill: Downpour isn't afraid of change. The restult is a captivating game more expansive than the series has ever seen.
